Clive Charles absence on the Hall of Fame Ballot again?

Clive Charles not even being a nominee for the @ussoccer Hall of Fame is a joke. It was a joke last year. It was a joke the year before. It's still a joke.

Mike followed up on this today--the shorter version of why is by US soccer's standard, Clive did not live long enough to meet their "impactful" criteria as a coach for US Soccer. That his life was cut short by prostate cancer means he was not impactful enough because he didn't work for US Soccer for 10 years, apparently. College isn't considered "first-division."

It's silly--think of all of his former players who are influencing the game whether by coaching or playing today.
