How do you think the team is shaping up for next year? I'm not really all that aware of any other changes other then Dan Rhine in goal for Luis.

Looks like a pretty solid recruiting class!

i've been wondering who they were throwing in the goal. there are some major shoes to fill back there. It seems like we have been pretty stacked on back ups as well, i imagine theres going to be some competition during the season for this spot.

I think you can pretty much count on Austin Guerrero stepping in and starting from day one.

The kid is legit and is one of the top recruits in the country... and Bigs has always had the guts to play freshman keepers (the list of four-year keepers at UP is pretty long).

They have nice depth at the position, but Guerrero is going to be the guy.

So much depth that I've always felt bad for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th keepers.

Why, when he had Luis back there for 4 years he chose to keep 4 keepers (on athletic scholarships too) is really beyond me. I can see having two full time keepers and field/keeper player..But I have never seen a WCC roster with 4 keepers on it

Luis could have easily bolted for the pros at any moment, as could any Pilot... You have to protect yourself and your program as a coach, hence the ginormous roster and the four keepers
